Fitness Training
Wesley Chapel Chiropractic offers personal fitness training services
in order to help you achieve your weight loss
and fitness goals. Our personal trainers are available to work with you
one-on-one, or in small groups.
We offer personal fitness programs for weight loss, recreational team
sports, competitive team sports, and individual athletic sports, such
as tennis, track & field, running, and other endurance sports. We
cater to all fitness levels and age groups.
Meet Our Personal Trainers
Charles Johnson
Charles is an Olympic 110m High Hurdler. He attended King High School
in Tampa, FL, where he was all-state and still holds records in the Triple
Jump, Long Jump, and the 110m Hurdles. Charles currently competes at the
Masters level in track & Field and represents the Drivephaze
Track Club. Charles is also the assistant track and field coach at
King High School.
Will Crawford
Will is also an accomplished 100m, 200m &400m Masters track
& field sprinter. Will
has attained all american status in these events and represents the Drivephaze
Track Club.
Will is also a graduate of the Wesley Chapel Chiropractic Nutritional
Weight Management program.
Personal Training Rates
One-On-One Training: $25/session (6 session block $140)
Small Group Training: $15/session (6 session block $85)
