Introduction
If you knew today that you were going to live to be 100 years old,
what choices would you make to ensure that you are still able to
do the things you enjoy doing? As we get older we all want to continue
to like a full and robust life. For sure we do not want to be crippled
with ailments like arthritis, dementia, macular degeneration or
for that matter, live in an assisted living, facility. We all want
to be active and independent in our golden years. So how do we accomplish
this seemingly easy task?
The Bald Eagle is the national bird of the United States of America.
The Eagle is majestic and signifies freedom, strength and conquest.
Likewise, you have the freedom to rebuild your health one step at
a time, and soar to new heights. When you take control of your health,
you will find yourself conquering obstacles which you never thought
possible before.
Today I challenge you to take control of your health. I want you
to make changes in your life that lasts for more than just a “New
Year’s Resolution”. I want you to put your health at
the forefront of all that you do and become familiar with listening
to your body. The body is an amazing high performance machine, which
has the ability to heal itself given the right ingredients. The
less you artificially interfere with the natural functioning of
your body, the better it performs. We truly cannot say the same
is true for man made high performance machines.
However before you immerse yourself in reading these 7 Daily Tips
to Rebuild your Health, please stop and print this book. This is
because I want you to keep this as a guide for the next 21 days.
The book is only 15 pages and very toner friendly. From time-to-time
you will find yourself re-reading portions of the book and a printed
copy will make it easier to find.
How to use this book
I want you to use the 7 Tips over the next 3 weeks, rather than
trying to implement them all at the same time.
Week 1: Use tips 7, 6 and 5
Week 2: Add to week 1, use tips 4 and 3
Week 3: Add to week 1 & 2, use tips 2 and 1 (you will be using
all 7 tips)
Remember change takes time and results take time, just stick with
it and be relentless.
