The average person who over eats a big meal will only suffer
from temporary bloating, gas, and indigestion. But the person
who cannot digest certain foods because of problems in the stomach
will suffer the same problems, every single day and after every
single meal, no matter how small. When this happens, they fill
up with gas and fluid, then have bouts of diarrhea possibly
followed by constipation, and suffers chronic, painful, toxic
bloating and indigestion; which encourages the development of
abnormal microbes and flora (like candida and bacteria).
When it comes to intestinal problems and diseases, you will
need to eliminate all foods that offend and damage that area
for as long as necessary to allow the gut to heal. Offending
foods for most people include starchy foods, corn, rice, potatoes,
soy, corn syrup, sugar, grains, milk, dairy, cereals, wheat,
gluten, rye, oats, barley, buckwheat, chocolate, onions, tomatoes,
citrus and all processed foods.
Another fact is that 90% of foods that are consumed are processed,
refined or dead food and so it lacks the necessary live enzymes
and cofactors needed to break down or assist in digestion. This
food is dead & chemicalized there is no nutritional value
in chemicals or preservatives. Food stays in the stomach, being
preserved until it sits and rots and ferments, then you get
bloated and the multitude of bacteria which has developed, causes
a burning sensation along the sternum and even in the throat.
Sounds familiar? Then it gets digestive help from some over
the counter remedy (which also creates another problem by decreasing
the acid from the stomach & is made of even more chemicals).
Eventually, it gets to the intestine, but the body doesn’t
recognize it as anything other than foreign. The body has to
now fight those bacteria that infested the stomach and at the
same time try to find some nutrition in what is left? Can you
imagine the enormity of all this? Think about it.
Compare an apple to a doughnut. Apple has water, pectin (fiber),
sugar, enzymes, nutrients and many more. Doughnut has refined
processed bleached white flour, refined white sugar, preservatives,
chemical version of vitamins (maybe), and no nutritional value
nor enzymes to help with digestion, do you see? So just think
about the foods you are eating, are they alive or dead? How
many other foods are you eating that have no enzymes to aid
in digestion.
